We are hiring a **FEMALE Sales Executive**

**Job Descriptions**:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales to achieve company targets and objectives.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of our aviation business.

**Role and Responsibility**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aviation sector. This includes generating leads, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to expand the company's client base.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and maximize customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align efforts and optimize results.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the aviation sector. Use market insights to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Lead negotiations with clients to finalize sales agreements, contracts, and other documents. Ensure terms and conditions meet both customer requirements and company policies.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance metrics and provide insights to management. Use data-driven approaches to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- **Customer Service**: Serve as a point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to foster long-term relationships.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the aviation industry.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft sales, leasing, financing, and related services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

**Note**: Offer is based on your performance and expertise in the field.

**Proficiency in English **any Languages (Arabic is added advantage.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai Silicon Oasis: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Certificate/Diploma attested from MOFA,UAE (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
