As an Automotive Operations Coordinator, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of operational activities within the automotive industry. You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various operational functions, such as inventory management, logistics, customer service, and administrative tasks. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively with different teams will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including parts, components, and supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and replenishment of inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
- Coordinate the logistics of inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and documentation.
- Collaborate with transportation providers to ensure on-time delivery of automotive parts and products.
- Monitor shipment status and address any delays or issues that arise.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Assist in managing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to operational matters.
- Coordinate with customer service representatives to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach, striving to exceed customer expectations and enhance satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service improvement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to various operational functions, such as scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other operational documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational data and records.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other relevant events as required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within operational workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor their effectiveness.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Suggest and implement measures to enhance operational productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in an operational coordination or support role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Solid understanding of automotive operations and industry-specific processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
