**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely submission and processing of all relevant documents for visas, labor permits, trade licenses, and company registrations
- Liaise with government authorities such as the Ministry of Labor, Immigration, and Economic Department to resolve issues and ensure compliance
- Maintain and update records of employee visas, labor contracts, and company licenses
- Assist in the submission of necessary documents for new business setups and ongoing corporate operations
- Ensure company compliance with legal requirements, including managing deadlines for renewals and necessary filings
- Support the HR and Admin teams with document preparation and other legal matters
- Provide advice and guidance on legal and regulatory procedures

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- UAE National (Emirati) with a **Family Book**:

- Proven experience as a PRO or in a similar role handling government relations
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a corporate environment handling public relations matters
- A strong network with UAE government departments is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
