Salary: AED 10,000 + family benefits Working hours : 9 AM to 5.30 PM Must have 6-8 years of experience in same field from FMCG/Personal care/F&B/Dairy background with experience in handling warehouses of finished goods. Age preferred 30-40 years old Qualification - Bachelors/Masters Requirements and skills: - Proven experience as warehouse supervisor in large scale warehouse set up - Excellent knowledge of Warehouse control principles - Experience in SAP & WMS - Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems - Good at MS excel - Strong organizational and problem-solving skill Job Responsibility: - Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, - logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service - Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse - employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals - Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, - equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods - Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short - and long - term performance goals - Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action - plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service - Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency - and minimize overtime - Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary - Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyse productivity and develop actionable plans for loss - prevention - Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures - and by complying with legal regulations - Maintain high level of Inventory accuracy - Conduct Perpetual stock count and investigating reasons for variances - Monthly stock count and reporting variances with justifications. - Periodic MIS reports - Warehouse operation - Productivity /Inventory/ Turn round etc - Compliance to QMS, GMP norms applicable to the unit. Pay: AED10,000.00 per month
