1. Teacher will be required to send weekly reports to the manager/director providing information on the students’ progress.

2. The Teacher will be attending meetings regularly to refresh and share ideas about the teacher method used at LC

3. Preparing and delivering lessons to a range of classes of different ages and abilities

4. Marking work, giving appropriate feedback and maintaining records of pupils’ progress and development

5. Providing outstanding teaching to maximize students’ achievement

6. Ensuring all students are able to thrive and engage in learning to achieve above and beyond their highest potential, whilst developing personal and employability skills

7. Executing and supporting the planning of a diverse courses that meets individual learner needs within Mandarin

8. Managing all facilities and activities related to promoting student learning; this includes course assessments, competitions, extracurricular activities, and initiatives

9. Keep a record of students’ attendance and grades

10. Managing student behavior in the classroom

11. Providing support by invigilating exams as needed in an adequate and properly managed exam environment.

12. Support for the academically low performing students, to help improve and get motivated to reach their potential.

13. Other tasks deemed appropriate by the Language Center Manager

14. The job description and the site of employment can be revised as per the requirements and on the discretion of the Company

**Requirements**:

- Native speakers (Mandarin)
- Bachelor’s degree in accredited College/University
- Minimum of 2 years teaching
- Reference letter from previous employer

**Salary**: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
