**Position**: Property Advisor - Luxury Offplan ( Residentials & Commercials)
**Location**: Dubai & UAE
**Compensation**: Commission-based (No basic salary)
**Visa**: Provided after closing 2 successful offplan deals

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Property Advisors based outside Dubai UAE-** can also work as Remote Partners
- **Updated Resumes-**must include applicants recent updated picture in the 1st page of resume.
- **Languages-**English, Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Italian, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Chinese, Persian
- **Professional Social Media Active links**:

- please provide your Professional active links pages of SM - Linkedin, Youtube, FB,Insta,Tiktok, Twitter.
- **Self-driven & Motivated**:

- A genuine passion for the real estate industry
- **Financially Stable** for at least 6 months.
- **Car & Driving License** - Must be mobile and flexible.
- **Self Visa** - Must have a valid UAE residency if wanted to work inside UAE
- **Smartphone & Laptop** - Essential for your work.
- **Video & Photography Skills** - Must excel in creating luxury property videos and photoshoots.
- **Expert Knowledge** - In-depth understanding of UAE developments, projects, communities, roads, and maps.
- **Property CRM & Listings** - Proficient in managing and updating property listings of UAE Offplan Projects.
- **UAE Land & Municipality Departments Knowledge** - Familiarity with the processes of each city.
- **Contract Knowledge** - Deep understanding of UAE property contracts (A, B, F).
- **Offplan Sales Closing Procedures** - Familiar with the full process and timeline of UAE Offplan property sales.
- **Commission Payment Awareness** - Understand that developers pay commissions within 50-120 days after closing deals.

We have two premium, exclusive properties that we're looking to sell to potential buyers. If you feel you can take on this challenge and help bring in ready buyers, it would be a fantastic contribution from your end as a partner.

**Here’s what we’re offering**:
You will receive 50% commission from the **2%** property sale value for each successful transaction made with a ready buyer (cash or bank transfer only; no mortgage buyers).

You’ll have the opportunity to register as an exclusive partner with ADAMCO and sell more offplan properties in Dubai and the UAE, potentially building your fortune in the process.

Once your ready buyer is ready to proceed, we will sign a commission agreement with you. After the buyer issues payment, we will transfer the commission directly to your bank account as soon as ADAMCO receives the funds from the buyer, in accordance with UAE Land Department regulations.
