Concierge Supervisor (Russian Speaker)
Rixos Marina Hotel Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Concierge Supervisor who is fluent in Russian to join our prestigious luxury hotel. As a Concierge Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our concierge team and providing exceptional service to our esteemed guests.

What you will be doing:

- Lead, motivate, and train a team of concierge staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Manage and schedule staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
- Coordinate and oversee guest arrivals, departures, and other requests to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
- Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to guests, including booking reservations, arranging transportation, and organizing special requests.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and cultural events to offer relevant suggestions to guests.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Stay updated with hotel services, amenities, and promotions to effectively promote them to guests.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the concierge desk and lobby area.
- Assist with administrative duties, such as preparing reports, managing budgets, and maintaining records.
- Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

- Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel concierge department.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and cultural events.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Problem-solving abilities with a proactive and guest-centric approach.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software related to the role.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
