**Job Title: Treasury Manager**

About Us: We are a new born full fledge crypto exchange committed to providing secure and innovative trading solutions. With a growing user base and expanding operations, we are seeking a skilled Treasury Manager to oversee the management and movement of assets within our exchange infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
**Manage and oversee the movement of assets, including cryptocurrencies and fiat currencies, across hot, cold, and warm wallets to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency. ** Develop and implement treasury management strategies to optimize asset allocation and minimize risks.
**Monitor wallet balances and execute transfers to maintain appropriate liquidity levels. ** Collaborate with the Security Operations Team to ensure secure handling of private keys and wallet infrastructure.
**Reconcile daily transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping of all asset movements.**
Work closely with the Finance and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
**Conduct regular audits of wallet infrastructure and transaction flows to identify and mitigate potential risks.**
Optimize transaction costs by setting appropriate network fees and monitoring blockchain activity.

Qualifications:
**Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications like CFA/CTP are a plus).**
Minimum of [X years] experience in treasury or asset management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or financial services industry.
**Strong understanding of cryptocurrency wallet infrastructure (hot, cold, warm wallets) and blockchain technology.**
Experience managing liquidity and implementing treasury policies in a fast-paced environment.
**Proficiency with crypto asset management tools and trading platforms.**
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including AML/CTF, as they pertain to asset movement.
**Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. ** Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
