**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Paint Formulation**:
Monitoring and controlling the paint mixing operations.

Adjust formulations as necessary to achieve desired color, consistency, and quality standards. Develop and match colors as per client requirements.

**Equipment Operation**:
Ensuring and maintaining of mixing equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.

Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any issues to the Management.

**Quality Control**:
Conduct thorough quality checks on mixed paint batches to ensure they meet established standards.

Document and report any deviations or discrepancies in the mixing process.

**Inventory Management**:
Monitor and manage inventory of raw materials and paint supplies.

Communicate inventory needs to the appropriate personnel to prevent shortages.

**Safety Compliance**:
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Properly handle and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with company policies and regulations.

**Record Keeping**:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of paint formulations, adjustments, and quality control measures.

Provide regular reports to management on production and inventory levels.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in paint manufacturing required.
- Computer literate and Experience on ERP system is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
- Ability to make paint formulations precisely.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in handling chemicals.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Education and Training:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional training or certification in paint mixing or a related field is a plus.
- Immediate Joining Preferred.

Job Location - Umm Al Quwain.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
