Duties include but not limited to:
Excel / Google Sheets / Dear Inventory (an added advantage)
Customs Documentation, Customer Services, Quotes, Invoices, Deliveries, Petty cash, shipping products, assist with general office duties as required by office staff, filling, scanning, follow up orders, booking hotels, flights, light warehouse duties if required etc.
We are looking for someone that fits into our office environment and respects all the staff equally. We are looking for a self-starter and problem solver. If you use your own vehicle for company purposes you will get a fuel allowance.
