Job Title: Chef de Partie

Location: Dubai, DIFC

Miracolo Italian Restaurant is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality Italian cuisine using fresh ingredients and traditional recipes. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook high-quality Italian cuisine
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard
- Manage and train junior members of the kitchen team
- Ensure that the kitchen is always clean and organized
- Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary
- Work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Italian cuisine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
