Branch Manager
**High-End Restaurant & Café - Abu Dhabi**
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee **daily restaurant and café operations**, ensuring smooth service and high standards
- Lead, train, and supervise **FOH staff**, supervisors, and cashiers
- Ensure exceptional **guest experience** and handle customer feedback professionally
- Monitor **sales performance, costs, and KPIs** to achieve targets
- Coordinate with **kitchen management** to ensure service flow and product quality
- Manage **staff scheduling**, attendance, and discipline
- Ensure compliance with **health, safety, and hygiene regulations**:
- Control inventory, ordering, and wastage
- Implement company policies, SOPs, and service standards
- Report directly to **Operations Management / Ownership**
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a **Restaurant or Café Branch Manager** (high-end or premium concepts preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of **FOH operations and service standards**:
- Ability to work under pressure and manage peak hours efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with **POS systems, reporting, and basic cost control**:
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
