Team Sports Services, an esteemed Australian Academy operating in Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi, is seeking a skilled and motivated Academy Manager to oversee our exciting basketball and football programs for children aged 4 to 18 years old.

**Role Overview**:
As an Academy Manager, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of all our centres and activities in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai and Sharjah. Your responsibilities will include:
✔On-site Leadership: Visiting every site every day, ensuring the highest standards of coaching and program execution.

✔Business Development: Driving growth and maximizing revenue opportunities to expand our reach and impact.

✔Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring exceptional customer service and retention rates, building strong relationships with parents and participants.

✔Program and Planner Management: Overseeing the planning and execution of various activities, optimizing the learning experience for our young athletes.

✔Stakeholder Relationship: Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, school authorities, and local sports organizations.

✔Financial Planning and Budget: Managing financial aspects efficiently to maintain sustainable growth.

✔ Technical Advice: Providing valuable technical advice and support to our talented coaches.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should have:
✔ A valid driver's license and a car, as you will be required to travel to each centre regularly.

✔ A genuine passion for sports and youth development.

✔Strong organizational and leadership skills.

✔ Previous experience in sports management or a related field.

✔ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ A proactive and innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement.
