**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Leadership**:

- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Temenos T24 projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
- **System Architecture and Design**:

- Develop and maintain the system architecture for Temenos solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Ensure that the architecture aligns with the organization's overall IT strategy and goals.
- **Development and Customization**:

- Oversee the customization and enhancement of Temenos T24 modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Write and review code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Perform code optimization and troubleshooting to improve system performance and resolve technical issues.
- **Project Management**:

- Work closely with project managers to plan and execute projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage the technical aspects of project delivery, including resource allocation, task assignments, and progress tracking.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to the technical aspects of projects.
- **Quality Assurance and Testing**:

- Oversee the testing process to ensure the reliability and stability of the Temenos solutions.
- Coordinate with QA teams to define test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
- Ensure that all customizations and integrations are thoroughly tested and meet the required quality standards.
- **Support and Maintenance**:

- Provide technical support for Temenos T24, resolving complex issues that arise in production environments.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patches to ensure optimal operation.
- Maintain documentation for system architecture, design, and procedures.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the latest developments in Temenos and banking technology.
- Recommend and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.
- Participate in technical forums and contribute to the knowledge-sharing culture within the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience with Temenos T24, including design, development, and implementation.
- Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong expertise in Temenos T24 architecture, frameworks, and modules.
- Proficiency in Java, Oracle, and PL/SQL, as well as experience with APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of Temenos implementation methodologies and best practices.
- **Certifications**:

- Relevant certifications in Temenos, project management, or related technologies are highly desirable.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across department
