We are currently seeking a highly skilled **Architectural BIM Modeler** to join our team in **Abu Dhabi**.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **8 years of experience** in architectural consultancy
- Proven expertise in **Revit** and other BIM authoring tools
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and multidisciplinary coordination
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality models

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage architectural BIM models across all project stages
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure model accuracy
- Support design teams with BIM-related workflows and documentation
- Contribute to quality control and compliance with project standards
