A client of Nathan HR is looking to expand their current business to a shipping line and they are ready to onboard Technical Superintendent in the team as the first role.
- Provide guidance and solutions to technical issues, maintenance of fleet vessels
- To ensure full technical readiness of the ships at any time.
- Manage and control technical budgets for maintenance, repair, spare parts, lube oil, chemicals etc.
- Coordinate and control the supply of spare parts, stores, chemical & lube oils etc.
- Execute and control ships’ surveys, inspections, and certification in line with the requirements of the International Safety Management (ISM) Code, maritime legislation, classification society requirements, Flag State requirements and other standards required by employer shipping company.
- Maintain awareness of new regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Maintain an effective communicator with ship Master, Chief Engr, crew on-board and in the office.
- Awareness about risk assessment, vessel audit and inspection and accident investigation.

**Requirements**:

- Should have sea service experiences as CE.
- Should have effective knowledge and experience of working as technical superintendents.
- Be fully familiar with ships planned maintenance software and programming.
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work as an effective team member.

**Qualification**:
Marine C/E Certificate of competency

Work Location - **Business Bay, Dubai**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
