Job Title: Sales Estimator

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for custom furniture projects.
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documents to understand the scope of work.
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to develop competitive pricing strategies.
- Review material and labor requirements, ensuring all estimates are comprehensive and realistic.
- Participate in bid meetings and negotiations with clients.
- Maintain updated records of all estimates, contracts, and project documentation.
- Provide support in project planning and scheduling based on estimates.
- Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and production techniques to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating within the furniture manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and costs.
- Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
