We specialize in academic counseling, study abroad programs, and partnerships with leading schools and universities globally. We are looking for a proactive and passionate Business Development Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

**Job Summary**:
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in expanding our reach within the education sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with schools, universities, and other educational partners, and supporting the company’s growth strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Promote Beat Educations’ services to prospective clients and partners.
- Support student recruitment efforts and events such as education fairs and seminars.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational stakeholders in the UAE and abroad.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and counseling teams to support campaigns and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
