**Sales Responsibilities**:

- Actively seeking and signing new property owners to list their apartments or holiday homes under IVY Luxury Holiday Homes’ management.
- Conducting presentations and meetings with property owners to explain our services, pricing, and rental potential.
- Following up with leads, maintaining an organized client database, and converting prospects into long-term partners.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure newly onboarded units are ready for marketing, listing, and guest hosting.
- Supporting marketing initiatives to promote new properties and maximize exposure on online platforms.

**Client Support & Booking Management**:

- Handling guest inquiries, booking requests, and providing exceptional support before, during, and after the guest’s stay.
- Coordinating with the Admin and Customer Service Representative to manage daily operations smoothly and resolve guest concerns.
- Maintaining constant communication with property owners regarding booking performance, maintenance updates, and guest feedback.
- Ensuring all check-ins/check-outs are managed efficiently and guests receive the highest quality service.

**Coordination & Operational Support**:

- Collaborating with the operations, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to ensure properties are always guest-ready.
- Reporting urgent issues or service gaps to management promptly.
- Supporting inventory tracking, furnishing recommendations, or unit upgrades when needed.
- Monitoring key performance indicators like occupancy rates and guest satisfaction scores for properties under your portfolio.

**General Responsibility**:

- Performing any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by management that are necessary to enhance the quality, efficiency, and growth of company operations.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
