**What are we looking for?**:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Primary to join our team to promote an inspiring vision and clear direction for the development and success of our Primary school. To provide strategic and operational leadership for all areas of provision in the Primary and ensure excellent standards of curriculum design, teaching and assessment practices that produce high levels of engagement, achievement and progress for children of all abilities.

**Position Requirements**:
**Education**:
Master’s degree, Teaching certification, NPQH or equivalent Educational leadership qualification.

**Experience**:
Three years of school management/leadership in a similar setting.

**Competencies & Skills**:

- Experience in international accreditation, inspection and evaluation frameworks
- Experience in child protection, health and safety
- Experience in developing and planning
- Highly effective relationship management with a variety of stakeholders
- Display a high level of professional competence in all areas of responsibility
- Collaborative team player and strategic thinker
- Able to convert vision into action
- Flexible, capable of managing growth and instilling high standards, and adept in multilingual settings.
