**Job Purpose**:
Ensure the execution of MEP requirements as per project instructions and schedule.

Monitor and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
Ensure MEP work is carried out within required quality, cost, and time constraints.

Coordinate and manage MEP-related material, equipment, and drawing submittals in accordance with project specifications.

Follow up on procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Oversee MEP site execution, ensuring compliance with contract drawings, specifications, and approved procedures.

Review, control, and approve MEP subcontractor work procedures and method statements.

Conduct site inspections to ensure installations meet project specifications.

Liaise with Consultants, MEP Supervisory Engineers, Inspectors, and relevant authorities.

Ensure MEP subcontractors maintain organized and compliant documentation.

Oversee the preparation and submission of As-Built Drawings, O&M Manuals, and related documents.

Verify that MEP valuations align with project progress and review variations.

Prepare reports on MEP contractor performance.

Develop coordinated reflected ceiling and builders' work drawings.

Coordinate with government authorities for power, water, and sewerage requirements.

**Job Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

**Experience**:
Minimum 5 years of experience in an MEP or building contracting company.

**Knowledge & Skills**:
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems installation and operation.

Understanding of procurement and material management related to MEP works.

Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Valid UAE driving license is a must.**
