## **Position Overview**

As an Interior Designer at Mashrougroup Projects, you will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative and functional interior spaces for a variety of commercial projects. Your creativity, technical skills, and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues will ensure the successful completion of high-quality projects.
## **Scope of Work**
- **Design Development**:

- Create innovative and functional interior designs for commercial spaces, including retail stores, offices, restaurants, and showrooms.
- Prepare conceptual designs, space planning, and layouts aligned with client requirements and project goals.
- Develop detailed design presentations, including 3D renderings, mood boards, and material samples.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source appropriate materials, furniture, and finishes.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional needs.
- Present design concepts and revisions, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Documentation**:

- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for execution.
- Ensure designs comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
## **Requirements**
- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in interior design, particularly in commercial projects (minimum of 1-2 years preferred).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture specifications.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

- **Salary**: Starting from AED 3,000 (negotiable based on experience).
