**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily cleaning activities and maintain hygiene standards.
- Train cleaning staff on SOPs, chemical handling, and safety protocols.
- Conduct hygiene inspections and monitor work areas.
- Oversee the cleaning process of equipment and areas.
- Manage work schedules, reallocating tasks to cover absences.
- Assist with hygiene audits from customers and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and reorder cleaning chemicals, equipment, and PPE.
- Coordinate contractor services such as pest control and waste management.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- HACCP Level 4 Certification is required.
- 2+ years of experience in hygiene or cleaning supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of hygiene software (Navitas, Foodwatch, Ala calc) is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
