**Job Summary**:
As an ERP Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and managing ERP systems to help streamline business processes and improve operational efficiencies. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide expert advice, and ensure successful ERP system deployment and optimization. Additionally, you will lead the support team, understand customization requirements, and communicate effectively with the backend team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Requirement Gathering and Analysis**:

- Work with clients to gather detailed business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Understand client customization requirements and ensure they are implemented effectively.
- **ERP Implementation**:

- Configure and customize ERP systems to meet client requirements.
- Manage ERP system installation, setup, and integration with existing systems.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting.
- Communicate client requirements to the backend team and ensure successful implementation and deployment.
- **Client Support and Training**:

- Provide training to clients on ERP system usage.
- Offer ongoing support and maintenance to ensure system performance.
- Develop user manuals and training materials.
- Lead the support team to address client issues promptly and effectively.
- **Project Management**:

- Plan and manage ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Document all stages of the ERP implementation process.
- Prepare project status reports and presentations for clients and management.
- **Client Demonstrations**:

- Show demos to customers to illustrate the system's capabilities and benefits.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ERP implementation and consulting.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of business processes in various domains (e.g., finance, manufacturing, HR, supply chain).
- Proficiency in ERP configuration and customization.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to understand and communicate client requirements to the backend team effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ERP certification (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Experience with SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions.
