As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. **Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand clients' needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs effectively.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the features and benefits of our products. Clearly communicate these to potential customers to demonstrate the value proposition.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and services. Address customer concerns and objections to secure deals.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Continuously evaluate and improve sales strategies to maximize results.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors. Provide feedback on market conditions and customer needs to enhance our product and service offerings.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Prepare regular reports on sales performance.

**Requirements**:

- **Sales Experience**: Prior experience in sales is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a strong interest in sales and a willingness to learn.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- **Self-Motivated**: A proactive and self-driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets. Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.

**Compensation**:

- Salary: AED 2,500
- This position offers a commission structure with the potential for substantial earnings based on performance.
- Exceptional performance will be acknowledged and rewarded with performance bonuses, providing an additional incentive for exceeding targets.
