Spa Supervisor is to lead a spa team to deliver exceptional service to their clients and ensure that a spa’s operations run smoothly. In addition to overseeing spa therapists also oversee spa front-of-house staff, Spa Receptionists, Spa attendants, and Therapists. In many ways you'll be seen as a strong number two; in command of the spa whilst ever the spa, manager is away. You also act as a key link in the spa hierarchical structure between spa therapists and spa managers.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not be limited to, the following areas and activities. At management discretion, the direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work described.

Prepare Spa SOPs and Manage and carry out procedures, have current knowledge of treatments, and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards.
Ensure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments, and consultation cards.
Interact and communicate effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and the management team.
Ensure team works to meet department sales targets and ensure that sales are recorded accurately.
Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure issues or compliments are escalated to enable long-term improvements in products and services.
Comply with Spa security, fire, health, and safety regulations.
Your role as Spa Supervisor is to plan, coordinate, supervise and train for all spa staff for treatments, massages, and services provided at izil spas such as wraps, scrubs, body massages, and manicures, pedicures, wet areas, and Hammam.
Conduct regular treatments and product training and ensure a follow-up.
Make sure that all material and equipment available to the Spa Department is correctly used and participate in inventory taking.
Assisting the Spa Manager in checking in and out of stock Spa products.
Assisting the Spa Manage to study weekly stock checks and monthly stock checks.
Establish and maintain effective employee relations.
Ensure the highest quality standard and efficiency in treatments.
Assisting the Spa Manager in making any suggestion likely to improve the spa profitability.
Assisting the Spa Manager to perform related duties and special projects as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Diploma from a recognized institute in various massages, body, and beauty treatments.
A management course qualification in Management of the team and customer care will be a definite advantage.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience within the spa industry.
Have excellent communication and leadership skills.
He or She will be highly motivated, have a passion for providing a luxury experience for all our guests, be solution-oriented and be able to inspire creativity at all levels.
Have excellent communication, leadership, and financial skills.
Hands-on experience as Spa Supervisor and Trainer.
Well experience managing day-to-day Spa operations.
CIDTAC/ CIDESCO or any degree or diploma for Spa supervisor.
Computer literate.

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
