**Job Summary**:
Al Ain Equestrian, Shooting & Golf Club is currently looking for a **Junior Accountant** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in finance or accounting who is confident in handling supplier coordination, purchase orders, and administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process purchase orders with accuracy and follow up with suppliers
- Request and evaluate supplier quotations and coordinate order deliveries
- Maintain updated records of purchases, supplier details, and pricing
- Liaise with internal departments to determine and fulfill purchasing needs
- Assist with invoice checking, data entry, and financial documentation
- Ensure proper filing and compliance with internal procurement and accounting procedures

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting and/or purchasing roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP)
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of UAE purchasing practices is an advantage
