This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, managing staff, and ensuring production deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards. The Production Manager will also be responsible for implementing safety measures and improving production efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet project timelines and customer requirements.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the production team, including boat builders, technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in the production facility.
- Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as design and engineering, to ensure seamless workflow and successful boat construction.
- Manage inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each stage of boat construction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Train and mentor production staff to improve skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and control production costs to meet budgetary targets.
- Report on production performance, including output, efficiency, and quality metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in production management and overseeing manufacturing processes
