Diet Clerk

Diet Clerk - 11 Hrs Duty - 6 days in a week, free recruitment, 2 years visa with medical insurance and ticket after completing every 2 years.

Responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and delivery of meals to patients, ensuring dietary requirements and restrictions are met. This role involves working closely with the catering team, healthcare professionals, and patients to provide high-quality, compliant, and nutritious meal services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate in the planning of patient menus at hospitals served by the Central Processing Unit.
- Calculation of the calorific content of each menu with the use of Software.
- Modification of menus for various therapeutic diets
- Diet counseling to patients, when necessary
- Sorting of choice menus and summarizing it for planning food production
- Collation of data on patients’ status/change of diets/ new admissions at the various locations served

by the CPU and communicating the same to the Central Processing Unit.
- Supervision of production and service of normal and therapeutic diets at the CPU as well as the unit

locations.
- Coordinating activities related to dietetics with the clients’ dietitians on a day-to-day basis.
- Collection and distribution of medical supplements from the client’s dietitians.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
