**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage the annual budget, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Analyze financial data and metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability, and implement strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to assess financial needs and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal controls.
- Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Manage accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
- Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in retail finance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree, CA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance management, preferably within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
