**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions on CCNA, hardware, and networking concepts.
- Create lesson plans, course materials, and assessments to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, CCNP, Microsoft Azure, ITIL, and IoT, and incorporate relevant content into the training sessions.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to enhance students' understanding and skills.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student participation and collaboration.
- Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and track their progress throughout the course.
- Address any technical issues or challenges that arise during the training sessions.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance existing training materials and develop new courses as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Solid knowledge and experience in CCNA, hardware, and networking principles and protocols.
- Professional certifications in CCNA, Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, CCNP, Microsoft Azure, ITIL, and IoT (additional certifications are a plus).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Previous experience as an instructor or trainer in the field of CCNA, hardware, and networking is preferred.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Ability to adapt to the diverse learning needs and styles of students.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Highly motivated and self-driven, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 6-9 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- ccna networking: 2 years (preferred)
