We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation-Telemarketer to join our team. As a Lead Generation Telemarketer, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads through outbound cold-calling efforts. This role requires a minimum of 3-4 years of BPO Outbound experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound cold-calling efforts
- Qualify and generate leads for the sales team to pursue
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and outcomes
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation quotas

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3-4 years of BPO Outbound experience
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with people over the phone
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using CRM and sales automation tools
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

**Salary**: Up to AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al Barsha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
