**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries from customers looking for car spare parts.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate pricing and availability from our catalog.
- Prepare and send quotations, pro forma invoices, and follow up for order conversion.
- Maintain daily records of inquiries, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat and new customers.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for order status and fulfillment.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product knowledge of various car brands and part categories.
- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in automotive parts or a similar industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of car brands and spare parts (training will be provided).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 2-3 years in telesales or customer service roles.
- Background in automotive or eCommerce sectors is an advantage.
