**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of electromechanical engineers to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members for their professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance teamwork and communication.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electromechanical engineering projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Utilize your electromechanical engineering background to understand and contribute to project requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, troubleshooting and resolving complex engineering challenges.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce and uphold safety standards within the team, ensuring all engineering activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety awareness.
- **Resource Management**:

- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource utilization and enhance overall efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering or a related field.
- should have to manage the technical Team.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Thorough knowledge in AC
- Valid driving license
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
