**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **General Ledger Management**: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**: Process invoices, manage payments and collections, keeping AP/AR records current.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- **Tax Compliance**: Assist with VAT, Corporate Tax, and other relevant tax filings in line with UAE regulations.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Perform regular reconciliations to verify cash balances and ensure proper documentation.
- **Payroll Processing**: Administer client payrolls, including wages, deductions, and bonuses, while ensuring compliance with labour laws.
- **Audit Support**: Prepare documentation and assist clients during internal and external audits.
- **Client Communication**: Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing queries, providing insights, and visiting client facilities when required.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ACCA/CPA qualification is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years in general accounting.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho, FirstBit, or similar).
- Strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
- **Knowledge**: Solid understanding of IFRS, UAE tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Proactive and curious mindset.
