**We're Hiring: Auto Upholsterer | Atlantic Motors**

Are you passionate about craftsmanship and detail? Atlantic Motors is looking for a **skilled Auto Upholsterer** to join our team and bring interiors to life with precision and creativity.

**Role Overview**:
As an Auto Upholsterer, you will be responsible for making and repairing vehicle upholstery, interpreting customer and design requirements, and delivering flawless, high-quality finishes. Your expertise will ensure comfort, durability, and style in every project.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret design instructions and create precise upholstery stencils.
- Select and source the right upholstery materials (leather, fabric, foam, etc.).
- Dismantle vehicle interiors and prepare surfaces for new upholstery.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials using templates or freehand techniques.
- Install and secure coverings using stitching, gluing, and nailing techniques.
- Smooth out imperfections to ensure clean, professional finishes.
- Maintain a strong eye for detail and quality throughout each job.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in automotive upholstery or furniture upholstery.
- Deep knowledge of modern upholstery techniques, tools, and materials.
- Strong craftsmanship and an eye for detail and design.
- Ability to interpret and visualize customer requirements.
- Physical strength and stamina to work with tools and materials.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
