We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team, specializing in personalized and customized product solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and a passion for helping customers find tailored products that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Present and promote our range of customized products clearly and effectively.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable personalized solutions.

Close sales and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Compensation:
Base Salary: AED 2,500/month

Commission: Earn additional income by achieving set sales targets.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 1-2 years of telesales experience, ideally in e-commerce, printing, or customized products.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills over the phone.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and persistent.

Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month

Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Telesales: 1 year (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,750.00 per month
