**Resposibilities**

1. Program CNC machines for both lathe and milling operations to produce complex components, adhering to high-quality standards.

2. Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints to create detailed CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.

3. Monitor CNC machines during production runs, ensuring high precision in the manufacturing of components and make needful alterations as and when required.

4. Maintain precise documentation of production processes, program changes, and quality control reports.

5. Work with high tolerance materials and ensure parts meet the stringent standards required for API components.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of CNC programming (Lathe & Milling) experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically working with API and high-precision components.

**Technical Expertise**: Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with CNC lathe and milling machines. Strong understanding of machining processes and tool selection.

**Programming Skills**: Proficient in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code) and CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam are mandatory.

**Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with oil and gas industry standards and API specifications, as well as the ability to work with tight tolerances and high-precision components.
