IT Solution Architect

**Position Overview**:
The IT Solution Architect is a key member of the IT team responsible for designing and implementing innovative technology solutions to meet the business needs and objectives of the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of both business processes and technical systems to create robust and scalable solutions that align with the overall IT architecture and strategy. The IT Solution Architect collaborates with various stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, project managers, and infrastructure teams, to deliver effective and efficient solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1- **Solution Design and Planning**:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with the organization's IT strategy and best practices.

Develop detailed technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and documentation for proposed solutions.

Identify potential risks and challenges related to the proposed solutions and design appropriate mitigation strategies.

2- **Technology Evaluation and Selection**:
Evaluate existing and emerging technologies to determine their suitability in meeting business requirements and technical objectives.

Make recommendations for technology adoption, taking into account factors such as cost, scalability, security, and compatibility with existing systems.

3- **Collaboration and Stakeholder Management**:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to understand their needs and requirements.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the proposed solutions align with the overall IT architecture and integrate seamlessly into the existing IT landscape.

Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

4- **Solution Development and Implementation**:
Provide technical guidance and oversight during the development and implementation of IT solutions.

Ensure that the solutions adhere to industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor and assess the performance of implemented solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.

5- **Architecture Governance and Standards**:
Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT architecture principles, standards, and guidelines.

Ensure that all solutions are compliant with established architecture governance processes and align with the defined standards.

6- **Technical Leadership**:
Mentor and guide technical teams, providing expertise and support throughout the development life cycle. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the organization's technology landscape.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as an IT Solution Architect or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
- Expertise in designing solutions using a variety of technologies such as cloud services, databases, APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
