3. Minimum of two years demonstrated internal audit experience on inpatient and outpatient claims

4. AAPC/AHIMA certified coder

5. Conduct audits on claims as per applicable criteria/methodology and as per the audit plan

6. Generate clear, accurate and meaningful reports with reference to applicable criteria

7. Educate the coders on the errors reviewed

8. Ability to train the health professionals for clinical documentation improvement

9. Collect evidences for the identified non-conformities and additional evidences where required

10. Seek where required for technical and operational support to the audit team during and after the audit

11. Having their own visa is a plus
