**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries.
Provide assistance and support for the issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Maintain the helpdesk ticketing system to track and prioritize issues and ensure timely resolution.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems and provide appropriate solutions or workarounds.
Escalate complex issues to senior technical support staff or other IT teams as necessary.
Install and configure software and hardware components on end-user devices.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the IT field.
Create and maintain user accounts and access permissions.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
**Salary**: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
