The Yoga Coordinator is responsible for the communicating with the clients and Yoga instructors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Provide high level customer service.
- Follow cash handling procedures
- Focal point of contact with the customers for yoga booking classes
- Make sure to Scheduale the classes in appropriate way
- Contact and updating all the yoga instructors with all the booking classes
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have outstanding customer service and problem solving skills
- Must take initiative and be a self-starter in handling daily tasks, provide through

communication, taking care of customer requests
- Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in the moment
- Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of

personalities
- Excellent grooming standards
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule - some weekend, holiday

and some early morning/late evening availability required
- Experience in working in Yoga studio
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons, and evenings as well as long hours.
