**Job Title**: Relationship Manager (Travel Agency)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Business Development**: Identify new business opportunities and work with potential clients to expand our customer base.
- **Client Support**: Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- **Product Knowledge**: Provide clients with detailed information on travel products, services, and offers tailored to meet their needs.
- **Negotiation & Contracts**: Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to tailor services and maintain a competitive edge.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on client feedback, performance metrics, and new opportunities for senior management.
- **Event Planning**: Assist with organizing and hosting client events, meetings, and travel seminars to strengthen relationships and showcase offerings.
- **Upselling and Cross-Selling**:

- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in the travel agency industry.
- Strong understanding of travel agency operations, products, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with other departments.
- A customer-first mindset, with an ability to build trust and loyalty.

These responsibilities are key to ensuring that the RM not only maintains but also grows the client relationship while meeting the company's business objectives.
