We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced **female Telesales Executive** to join our energetic and growing sales department.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Present, promote, and sell real estate services and properties to prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and social media.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and client interactions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with property consultants and sales agents to support closing deals.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center roles, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and results-driven.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to handle objections and turn conversations into appointments or leads.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
