**Position Overview**:
**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Education + Specialization** OR **Teaching Diploma + ADEK Approval + Bachelor’s degree**:

- **IELTS band score of 7** (required)
- Minimum of **2 years’ teaching experience** in the UAE (American Curriculum)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Delivery**: Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons, catering to students' varying abilities.
- **Curriculum Development**: Implement and contribute to the continuous development of the school’s English curriculum.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Regularly assess and monitor students' progress through tests, assignments, and observations.
- **Lesson Planning**: Create innovative and engaging lesson plans that focus on enhancing reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- **Classroom Management**: Foster a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- **Supportive Learning**: Identify students' strengths and areas for improvement, providing targeted support to those who need additional help.
- **Feedback & Communication**: Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate regularly with parents regarding academic performance and behaviour.
- **Assessments**: Design, grade, and evaluate exams, assignments, and projects.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow teachers, administrative staff, and school leadership to ensure a comprehensive educational experience.
- **Extra-Curricular Activities**: Participate in and support extracurricular activities such as clubs, school events, and other initiatives.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in English, Education, or a related field (required).
- **Teaching qualification** (e.g., PGCE, CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent) (required).
- Minimum of **2 years’ teaching experience** in an English language teaching role, preferably within a school setting.
- Strong understanding of **language development** and teaching pedagogy.
- **Excellent command of the English language** (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with the **curriculum** being taught (e.g., British, American, IB) (preferred).
- **Classroom management skills** with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to **differentiate instruction** for a diverse student group.
- Organised with the ability to **manage multiple tasks** effectively.
- Creative, passionate, and dedicated to fostering a love of literature and language among students.
