1. Proactive, Presentable Motivated, Team player, observant and with initiative while performing duties

2. Reports directly to Captain and coordinates their concern openly for smooth operation

3. Take full responsibility in maintaining cleanliness of yacht inside & out and upper & lower deck including all appliance, furniture and BBQ grill

4. Performs duties and responsibility with full attention and focus during working hour

5. Knowledgeable on trip route and provide proper information on tourist spots

6. Responsible to request stocks enough for the day; Food and Beverages and cleaning materials

7. Responsible for the safety and security of the guest during the trip

8. Cooperating with captain to complete ops audit on daily basis

9. Assist diving schedules and hull cleaning

10. In charge of BBQ and presentation of food by cooking the food order on trip time

11. Check food quality and quantity received from X14 and confirms it together with the captain

12. Prepares and cleans plates, cutleries and glasses before and after the trip

13. Maintains cleanliness of BBQ, reports damage and checks before trip

14. Always keep an eye on their drinks make sure they to refill before guest ask

15. Keep refreshing ashtrays (ashtrays should always be clean and empty)

16. Upon arrival, Chef needs to stand beside the captain and check guests’ feedback on the food and makes sure the guest leaves the boat full and satisfied on the food order

17. Responsible to reconfirm with Captain for the trip requirements and request if completed and confirmed

18. Maintain ad keep every safety equipment in proper condition and in proper location

19. Notify your captain/operations for any defect of any equipment onboard by daily full inspection of the whole boat

20. Responsible for bed making, cleaning and replacing for laundry and handover to X14 supervisor

21. Report all problems especially major issues to your assigned captain directly without any delay

22. Always greet guest with a smile and confidence, help them with their belongings and offer welcome drinks

23. Make final search for any left behind customers items and bring to office for any lost and found items

24. Make sure to give a quality and good service at all times

25. Coordinate with coordinators for any issues or needed arrangement

26. Upon signing in and signing out, with or without trips, make sure the yacht is in immaculate condition

27. Portray good teamwork with co crew, captains, maintenance, and to the whole operations department

28. Provide excellent customer service and encourage guest to leave a good review on the trip
