**Job Title: Arabic-Speaking Receptionist**

**Reporting To**: Administration Manager / Office Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in both Arabic and English.
- Manage front desk operations, including receiving couriers, managing visitor logs, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the organization.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars as required.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, document scanning, and filing.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth visitor and client handling.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Fluent in Arabic and English** (spoken and written) - **mandatory**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in administration or similar field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
