Overseeing all supply chain operations and Proven experience as logistics coordinator in Oil/ Lubes/ Grease Company.
- Hands on experience in handing Export /Import of goods and clearance of containers.
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation. Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
- Analysing and optimizing logístical procedures.
- Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers.
- Answering customer queries.
- **Requirements**:_
- Diploma in business administration, logistics or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics management o Lubricant company.
- Working knowledge of Customs, Legal regulations and ISO requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics ERP software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al Hamriyah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher diploma (preferred)
