Estimator -shades

**Job Title: Estimator - Tents, Shades, Curtains & Blinds**

**Locations: UAE, Qatar, KSA**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare detailed estimates.
- Collaborate with sales and project management teams to understand project requirements and scope.
- Calculate the cost of materials, labor, equipment, and other associated expenses.
- Prepare and present detailed cost estimates and bid proposals to clients.
- Evaluate and compare supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
- Monitor and update estimates based on changes in project scope, materials, or labor costs.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, quotes, and project data.
- Assist in developing and improving estimation processes and tools.
- Ensure estimates comply with company standards and client requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team during the bidding process.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.**:

- **Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estimating within the construction, interior design, or related industries.**:

- Specific experience with tents, shades, curtains, and blinds is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
- **Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.**:

- Proficient in estimation software and tools.
- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.**:

- **Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.**

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
