Key Responsibilities:

- **Market Research**:Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
- **Lead Generation**:Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- **Client Meetings**:Set up meetings with potential clients to present our products and services.
- **Sales Presentations**:Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our uniform offerings.
- **Negotiation**:Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales deals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting**:Create regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market feedback.
- **Stock Management**:Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- **Event Participation**:Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and other events to promote our products.
- **Feedback Collection**:Gather feedback from customers and prospects to share with internal teams for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role with 4-5 years of UAE experience (preferably dealing with Schools & Educational Institutes)
- UAE Driver’s Licence holder
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Spoken Arabic preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing techniques
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or marketing fields
